ERA Code of Practice for Accurate Billing
As part of ScottishPower’s commitment to providing our customers with a quality service, we support the independently audited Code of Practice for Accurate Bills developed by the Energy Retail Association (ERA).
The Code sets out our commitments to customers regarding the provision of domestic billing services, and what the customer can do to ensure they receive the right bill at the right time.
