You have a right to expect certain standards of service. And here at ScottishPower, we feel we have a responsibility to not just match these, but exceed them.
That's why we promise you a guaranteed level of service for many of the things we do. Under these guaranteed standards of service, we'll pay you compensation if we fail to deliver. We also have to meet certain 'overall' standards of service, which show how we have performed against set targets in essential areas of our business.

Other Standards of Service
As an energy supplier, we’re responsible for the standards of service that relate to your bill or meter. Your local electricity distribution company and gas transporter are responsible for other standards, which cover things like interruptions to your supply due to faults or planned maintenance work.
