Scottish Power Bill Payment via Telephone or Internet

You can use our dedicated card payment facility to pay your bill with a debit or credit card*. Simply dial 0845 270 0162 and select the payment option. You will then be guided through the payment process with a series of instructions.

We have made this process as simple and as secure as possible, all you need is your debit or credit card* details along with your account number, which is shown on your bill. We will not ask you to speak.

You can also register your debit / credit card details securely online. This means you won’t have to enter your card details every time you need to make a payment.

*Please note that there is a surcharge of 1.5% for all credit card payments

Just contact your bank or building society with the following information and instruct them to make the payment:

• Our bank sort code: 83-07-06
• Our bank account number: 00674713
• Your 11 digit ScottishPower account number (you?ll find this on the front of your bill)
• The amount shown as due on your latest bill
