GUARANTEE PERIOD
Your prices will remain 4% below ScottishPower’s standard monthly Direct Debit prices until December 2010. Please note that your monthly payments may vary depending on how much energy you use.

CONVENIENCE
Customers who take gas and electricity from us will receive one combined bill and our Gas & Electricity Offer discount of up to £16.80pa (incl. VAT) each year.*³

ONLINE OPTION
Save an additional: £15.75 pa (inc VAT) for Dual Fuel customers by choosing to manage your energy account online.*⁴

If you choose the online option of this product you must manage your account online. You will benefit from receiving and viewing your bills, providing meter readings and carrying out general correspondence all online.

We may apply cancellation charges inclusive of VAT of £30 for electricity and £20 for gas if you switch to Discounted Energy December 2010 but then cancel your supply contract or switch to another tariff before the 30th November 2010. These charges will not be applied if the supply contract is cancelled due to a home move.
