Get the security of knowing that the prices you pay for your energy are fixed until 31st July 2010.

Even though we are confident that this product is a good deal for you we will not apply our cancellation charge of £50 for dual fuel and £30 for electricity if you move to another of our products within the first 6 months, excluding any OLE Saver product available, if you decide that Fix ‘n’ Flex is not for you.

If you take gas and electricity from us you will receive one combined bill and our Gas & Electricity Offer discount of up to £16.80pa (incl. VAT) each year. *1

Save an additional: £15.75 pa (inc VAT) for Dual Fuel customers by choosing to manage your energy account online or £10.50 pa (inc VAT) for Electricity Solus customers. *2

We may apply cancellation charges inclusive of VAT of £30 for electricity and £20 for gas if you switch to Fix ‘n’ Flex but then cancel your supply contract or switch to another tariff before the 31st July 2010. These charges will not be applied if the supply contract is cancelled due to a home move. Remember, however, if you decide that another ScottishPower tariff would suit you better you will not be charged if you move to it within the first 6 months of being on Fix ‘n’ Flex, excluding any OLE Saver product.”

*1 The Gas & Electricity Offer annual discount of £16.00 (excl. VAT), £16.80 (incl. VAT) is available in ScottishPower and Manweb former host Public Electricity Supplier areas for Dual Fuel customers paying monthly by direct debit. All other customers – IN ALL OTHER AREAS – who qualify for the Gas & Electricity Offer discount, will receive an annual discount of £10.00 (excl. VAT), £10.50 (incl. VAT).

*2 The Online Energy Service discount is only available to customers with up to three meters and three registers (ScottishPower and Manweb supply areas), or with a single or two meter (all other supply areas). Annual discounts of £5.00 (excl. VAT), £5.25 (incl. VAT) for gas and £10.00 (excl. VAT), £10.50 (incl. VAT) for electricity. The annual discount is shown on your bill as a daily amount of 1.369p (excl. VAT), 1.437p (incl. VAT) for gas and 2.740p (excl. VAT), 2.877p (incl. VAT) for electricity.
