Applying to the ScottishPower iPhone 4 Mobile Phone Competition (the “Win an iPhone 4”):-

1. The item under the Phone Competition consists of an Apple iPhone 4 mobile phone handset only (the “Phone”). No SIM card is provided and the winner must make its own arrangements to obtain a mobile phone service provider in respect of the Phone.

2. The Phone Offer is open to the winner located within Great Britain.

3. To be eligible for the Phone Offer:-

(i) Entrants must enter the competition held on www.getunifi.co.uk and enter their name and email address to be eligible. The entry must be made to and received by ScottishPower before 1st May 2011.

4. There is only 1 iPhone 4 as a prize and winners will be selected by random by ScottishPower.

5. The winner will be contacted by their supplied email after 10 days of the close of the competition. The winner must then supply a delivery address located within Great Britain over the phone or reply by email.

6. The Phone will be sent by post to winner at the supplied address.

7. The Phone will be sent by post within 28 days of supplying the postal address.

10. No cash alternative is available.

11. All telephone calls will be recorded. No responsibility is taken by ScottishPower for applications that are lost, delayed or damaged.

12. ScottishPower reserves the right to provide an alternative mobile phone of equivalent value to the Phone.

13. ScottishPower reserves the right to withdraw the Phone Competition at any time.
