ERA Code of Practice for Accurate Bills

As part of our commitment to providing you with a quality service, we fully support the independently audited Code of Practice for Accurate Bills.

Developed by the Energy Retail Association (ERA), the Code sets out our commitments to you when it comes to domestic billing services, and what you can do to try to ensure you receive the right bill at the right time.
