If I have too much credit, will you refund it to me?

Yes, if your actual meter readings show that you have more than three months’ worth of direct debit payments at the time of your annual review, we’ll automatically refund this amount. If you have less than three months’ worth of direct debit payments, we’ll reduce your monthly payments for the coming year accordingly. If the amount you pay needs to increase or decrease, we’ll let you know in advance.

For every full £33 you are in credit, above £100, we’ll give you £1 back. That’s £1 if your credit balance is £133, £2 if it’s £166 and so on, up to a maximum of £12 at £496.
