How do you work out how much I should pay?
We forecast your payments for the next 12 months based on:
- how much energy you used last year
- your energy charges
- any price or product change since your last review,
such as the end of a fixed price offer
- any discounts you’re entitled to
- existing balance on your account.
We’ll review your payments every three months or so and then conduct a full annual review at the end of your payment year. If we need to change your payments to keep them on track, we’ll let you know in advance. Otherwise, your Direct Debit payments will continue as usual.
