Today, we’re the only British energy supplier to reward customers who pay by convenient monthly Direct Debit if their account is at least £133 in credit.

Under our new Direct Debit Bonus Scheme, you may get a bonus if your account is in credit at the time of your next annual assessment. For every full multiple of £33 above the minimum credit value of £100, you’ll get £1 back. That’s £1 for a credit balance of £133, £2 for £166 and so on, up to a maximum of £12 for £496.

You don’t even have to do anything to claim any reward you are due. The bonus amount will be automatically credited to your energy account.
