How to provide your meter reading

Once you’ve taken your meter readings, you can do one of three things.

You can:

  • Login to your account if you’re an Online Energy Service customer and enter them online.
  • If you're a Self Service customer, you can enter your meter readings here.

Call 0800 027 8000 and give them to us over the phone.

If you receive estimated bills and let us know your actual meter readings within 30 calendar days of receiving your last one, we’ll issue a revised bill based on these new figures.

If it’s more than 30 calendar since you received your bill or it was based on actual meter readings anyway, then your original invoice will stand. The meter readings you provide will show up on your next quarterly invoice.
