Telephone Payments

For convenience, you can pay over the phone or online.
Simply call our dedicated card payment facility on 0845 270 0162 open 24 hours/day all year and select the payment option. You’ll be guided through the payment process with a series of clear instructions. All you need is your debit or credit card* details and your ScottishPower account number, which is shown on your bill.

Internet Payments

You can also pay online. Simply log on to your account, select ‘manage my account’ and make a card payment to ‘my energy account’.*  Once your card details have been entered you can opt to register your debit/credit card details securely online to avoid having to enter them every time you make a payment. You can do this at http://www.scottishpower.co.uk/ManagePayments.

Bank Payments

To make a payment to ScottishPower just contact your bank or building society with the following information and instruct them to make the payment:

• Our bank sort code: 83-07-06
• Our bank account number: 00674713
• Your 11 digit ScottishPower account number: you’ll find this on the front of your bill
• The amount shown as due on your latest bill.
• Simple as that!

*Please note there is an administrative charge of 1.5% of the amount paid for all credit card payments.
