Every year we will provide you with an Annual Statement which includes all of the key information that you need to know about your current tariff and remind you how you can take a ScottishPower 'energy tariff check'.

Payment Method Check

For quarterly bill payers paying by cash or cheque, we are committed to providing free personalised quotes, estimating how much you could save by making changes to your energy account and the way you pay.

Our three month tariff campaign last winter saved 37,000 of our customers over £6.3 million.

End of a Fixed Term Deal

If you are already on one of our Fixed Term deals, then we will write to you at least 30 days before the end of that deal to tell you what will happen next and recommend another of our deals that we think best suits your preferences, based on what we know about you.

We provide details of our cheapest available tariff for your payment method on the front page of your bill. This will include an estimate of the average savings available to our customers who move to our proposed cheapest tariff.
