The WOW! Awards are the UK’s only national awards in recognising excellent customer service based purely on customer nominations.
This unique and exciting award programme really helps us to give even a better customer service by recognising our staff when they have gone above and beyond their normal duties to help a customer – in other words “Gone the Extra Mile”.
When a customer wants to say “thank you” – the WOW! Awards provide an easy way for the customer to compliment great service. You can also make suggestions on how we can improve our service to you.
