Online Energy Service
Isn’t it nice when you find something that makes your life that little bit less complicated?
At ScottishPower we’re always looking at ways to make it easier for you to manage your energy account.
Having online access to your energy account allows you to be in control at all times. You’ll be able to:
- Input your own meter readings
- Access previous bills
- Track your energy consumption
- View a detailed breakdown of your payment schedule
- Change your details or tell us you’re moving
Our online energy service is fully secure so you don’t need to worry about your details landing in the wrong hands.
There are two options:
Manage your account online but still receive paper bills (Self Service with paper bills)
Enjoy the freedom of managing your account online, however we will still send you out paper bills.
Manage your account fully online and do not receive paper bills (Fully online with obligations)
Sign up for an "Online" product and we will only send you email reminders and bills. There are obligations though, and you are signing up to follow the Rules of the Online Energy Service.
Plus, if you also want to signup to an Online product and switch off paper bills you could get an additional online discount of up to £15.75 (inc VAT)* a year!
*The Online Energy Service discount is only available to customers with up to three meters and three registers (ScottishPower and Manweb supply areas), or with a single rate or two rate meter (all other supply areas). Annual discounts of £5.00 (excl. VAT), £5.25 (incl. VAT) for gas and £10.00 (excl. VAT), £10.50 (incl. VAT) for electricity. The annual discount is shown on your bill as a daily amount of 1.369p (excl. VAT), 1.437p (incl. VAT) for gas and 2.740p (excl. VAT), 2.877p (incl. VAT) for electricity. Prices correct as at 31st March 2009.
