Cooling off periods, cancellations and complaints

We want you to be completely happy with your decision to join ScottishPower. However, if you change your mind and want to cancel this contract without incurring any charges you must tell us within your 14-day cooling off period, which begins the day after you receive your welcome letter. Details of how to cancel your application can be found in your welcome letter.
