Payment Support Terms

We hope that our payment support options help to ease the pressure during this challenging time. Please familiarise yourself with the Payment Support Terms below. By taking payment support, you understand and agree that:

  • You still need to pay charges for the energy you use during the payment support period
  • The payment support is likely to result in you creating or increasing arrears of debt on your account
  • You will pay the charges (including any arrears) in line with the payment plan we agree with you before the end of the payment support period
  • You won't be able to switch to another supplier until you have repaid the charges (including any arrears) in full
  • The Payment Support Terms form part of our contract with you. If you fail to make any payments due under the payment plan, we may take action under the contract to recover the outstanding balance
