What our customers say:

We are a new business. We aim to deal solely with ethical suppliers and we didn’t know what to expect from ScottishPower. When we plunged into lockdown, and the café was forced to temporarily close, our income stopped immediately and we feared the worst. Having spoken to Shamsha at ScottishPower today, I can report that their systems are flexible and they have an emotionally intelligent approach to queries. We were given time to pay, and the tone and volume of the call came from a place of empathy and understanding. Huge thanks to Shamsha and to ScottishPower for taking a humane approach with their customers in this unprecedented time.

- Angela Jackson, The Wonder Spot Café, Edinburgh

ScottishPower have been very accommodating for both my home and my business accounts. They made the process of reducing direct debit payments for the duration of lock down very easy.
