Is your home outside the green circle?
If your home was outside the green circle on the map, don’t worry — this is usually just a location mismatch, and we can fix it quickly.
All we need are the correct coordinates for your home so we can update its position and make sure everything works as expected. We’ve provided instructions below for how to get these using Google Maps before you contact us.

Now that you have the correct coordinates for your home, please contact our team:
- Email us at evoptimisesupport@scottishpower.com. Let us know your home was outside the green circle and include your coordinates so we can update your home location.
- Speak to us on 0800 6340 058, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Be sure to have your coordinates to hand when you call.
If you email us, a member of the team will confirm that your home location has been updated. Once we have confirmed this you will be able to continue setting up EV Optimise.
