Our app no longer supports iOS 15: Important announcement
Our app is now only available to devices running iOS 16 or later. If you’re currently using iOS 15, unfortunately the app will no longer function on your device. Please check if your device can be updated to iOS 16 by following the instructions below.
Why are we ending support for iOS 15?
- Apple has ended active support for iOS 15: Apple officially discontinued updates for iOS 15, meaning it no longer receives security patches or performance improvements. Continuing support for outdated versions increases risk and limits innovation.
- New features require modern technology: Many of our upcoming enhancements rely on frameworks and tools only available in iOS 16 and above, particularly enhanced accessibility features. Supporting older versions would prevent us from delivering these improvements.
- Security and reliability: Older operating systems are more vulnerable to security threats. By focusing on supported versions, we ensure a safer and more reliable experience for all customers.
What does this mean for you?
- If your device runs iOS 16 or later, no action is needed, you’ll continue to receive updates.
- If your device is on iOS 15, unfortunately the app will no longer function on your device.
- To stay up to date, we recommend upgrading your device to a version that supports iOS 16 or higher.
How to check your iOS version
- Go to Settings > General > About on your iPhone.
- Look for Software Version.
