Switching to another tariff or supplier

You will stay on your current PowerUp tariff terms (with no exit fee), as long as on or before 30th May 2019 (20 working days after the effective date of the change) either:

  • you move to a new ScottishPower tariff; or
  • we’re notified by another supplier that you’re switching to them, and your supply transfers within a reasonable time (normally 20 working days).

If you have an outstanding debt we can object to your supply leaving us. If the debt is paid in full within 30 working days of us informing you of the objection, you can leave us without your prices and terms changing.
