FIT billing and payment cycle
FIT payments are calculated and invoiced on a 90-day billing cycle, based on valid meter readings provided by the generator from the Generation meter.
Any meter reading provided within this period will be validated and retained on your FIT account
Multiple meters or issues submitting online
If your FIT ID includes:
more than one generation meter, or
a generation meter and an export / SMART meter
You must provide readings for all meters on the same date. Please email a clear photograph of each meter, showing both the meter serial number and reading, to fitreads@scottishpower.com
Email submissions
Email submissions are only accepted where:
the installation requires more than one meter reading, or
an error is received when submitting a reading online.
