Highly recommend them!
I've been with ScottishPower from a number of years now, and am really happy with the service they provide. The app is really easy to use - I can provide meter readings, see what energy I'm using now and compare it to previous years on a month-by-month basis, I can make extra payments if needed, or change my direct debit amount easily. They tell me what they recommend I should pay per month based on what I'm using, but I can choose the amount. I feel completely in control of my account, and would recommend them to anyone.

Good Communication
I have been with ScottishPower for several years and have been impressed with their website which is easy to understand. Any adjustments to my direct debit amount are acknowledged by email and actioned the following month. I would recommend ScottishPower

Excellent customer service from..
Excellent customer service from ScottishPower! Woke up to realize the heating and boiler in my house no longer work due to an issue with the gas meter. I rang their customer care and an engineer was deployed to my house to fix the issue within 4 hours. This is amazing!

All electricity used will be charged at your normal unit rate based on your ScottishPower tariff. The credit for your EV smart charging session will appear as credit on your bill. The greenest times of day will be when the carbon intensity of the electricity required to charge your EV is at its lowest. This will vary each day depending on a number of factors, including weather conditions, renewable energy generation and demand on the grid.
