Restoring supply

Great support offered throughout the conversation to restore my electricity supply. The adviser talked me through each step to reset the meter. Call was answered with a few seconds and problem resolved. Extremely helpful and polite.

The app is very easy to use and makes life simple. When upgrades such as smart meters are available they communicate this well and will come and fit one in a timely professional manner with good communication along the way. Would definitely recommend

Savings based on a comparison between the annual bill for a typical household on SVT and a typical household on our fixed price tariff. All values are based on a typical household that uses 11,500kWh of gas a year, and 2,700kWh of electricity a year, paying by Direct Debit. T&Cs apply. Subject to availability.

Electricity used will be charged at your normal unit rate and you will later have your bill credited for the energy you used. The credit is calculated as half of your electricity unit rate (excluding VAT) and will show as 'Power Saver Credit’ on your bill or statement. Your daily standing charge will be paid at your normal rate. See Terms and Conditions.

Large suppliers which includes those with a market share of at least 5% in either fuel (Gas or Electricity).

£50 is transferred to customer’s bank account or sent as cheque. Service Promise available until 31st March 2026 on selected plans provided by Domestic & General.  An engineer will attend by the end of the next working day, when no heating or hot water reported before 8pm, but repair not guaranteed in that time.  View full T&Cs here.

All electricity used will be charged at your normal unit rate based on your ScottishPower tariff. The credit for your EV smart charging session will appear as credit on your bill. The greenest times of day will be when the carbon intensity of the electricity required to charge your EV is at its lowest. This will vary each day depending on a number of factors, including weather conditions, renewable energy generation and demand on the grid.
