Accurate as of 17th July 2026. Electricity used will be charged at your normal unit rate, and you will later have your bill, or meter if you are a PAYG customer, credited for the energy used during your chosen slots. Each day is divided into hourly slots, with a 50% or 20% discount rating applied to selected slots (50% slots are available 98 hours per week, 20% slots are available 50 hours per week). Credit is calculated depending on the rating of your chosen slots (excluding VAT) and appears as ‘Power Saver Credit’ on your bill or statement. Your daily standing charge will be charged at your normal rate. Eligibility criteria, exclusions, and T&Cs apply.

If you are a member of My ScottishPower and pay a deposit or purchase a solar panel and battery installation between 20th July and 13th September 2026, we will apply 25,000 points (worth £250 in energy credit) to your MyScottishPower points balance in the ScottishPower app, within 30 days of installation. You can redeem your total points balance for energy credit on your bill at any time. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Terms and conditions and eligibility criteria apply.

Offer ends 25th November 2026. Our chargers start at £999. Charging rate applied for 1 year from installation. Customers must onboard to EV Optimise within 30 days of installation. All electricity used will be charged at your normal unit rate based on your ScottishPower tariff. The credit for your EV smart charging session will appear as credit on your bill. Your EV Optimise Credit is calculated as the difference between your normal unit rate (excluding VAT) and the Smart Charging Rate, multiplied by the amount of Smart Charge consumption. The VAT is calculated on your original electricity charges before the EV Optimise Credit is applied, meaning the VAT amount will not reduce in line with the Credit.
