When can I renew?
Fixed-Term tariff business customers: We’ll send you a letter outlining your options 60 days before your contract ends. You can also call us on 0800 001 5222 for renewal prices and to agree a new contract up to six months before your current contract ends. We'll also be in touch with early renewal options if we have your consent to contact you and we have tariff prices we think you might like.
It's quick and easy to renew and your new contract starts the day after your current contract ends.
Standard Variable or Deemed tariff business customers: You can move to a 1, 2 or 3 year contract at any time. Your current rates are likely to be higher than 1, 2 and 3 year contracts and may vary over time. You’ll need to call us.

What are my other renewal options?
Do nothing If you don't renew, we'll move you to our Standard Variable tariff prices the day after the end of your contract. Standard Variable tariff prices are likely to be more expensive than your current contract prices and may vary over time. If you are a Quarterly Cash/Cheque customer, we'll also move you to our Cash Monthly payment plan at the end of your contract, as this payment plan is no longer supported.
Move to another supplier Although we'd love to continue supplying your business energy, you're free to switch suppliers at the end of your contract. You don't need to contact us. However, you’ll need to clear any debt balance before you leave us, or we may object to your switch.

What are my other renewal options?
