What this week means to us

This week gives us a chance to:

Using customer feedback to improve

Customer feedback helps us understand what matters most. We use this information to make changes that improve the experience for everyone. Our teams look at:

  • Customer satisfaction scores across different channels

  • Common themes in customer comments

  • Areas where we can improve

  • Positive feedback that shows what we’re doing well

Our aim is to turn feedback into action—so we can keep making things better.
