Contact your Distribution Network Operator (DNO) or Gas Transporter (GT) to get your unique supply point reference number.

Book your installation
Once DNO registration is complete and your supply points are live, call our team on the number above to arrange your meter installation.

Meter installation
We’ll arrange a convenient appointment. Installation typically takes up to 15 working days from registration.

Your billing/postal and supply address, telephone number and email address
Your confirmed mains connection dates for both electricity and/or gas (your DNO and/or GT will provide you with this information)

Information for your electricity:

MPAN
KVA (max. 69)
Single phase, single phase on multi distribution board or three phase WC (non CT)
Customer type (Domestic or SME)
Meter type (1 or 2 rate)

Information for your gas:

MPRN
Low or medium pressure
Location of the meter (internal wall mounted, external wall mounted, or semi concealed)
Meter type required U6 only

All this information will be confirmed on your DNO and/or GT paperwork.
