To celebrate ScottishPower’s second year as an Official Partner of Tour de 4, we gave you the chance to win a signed copy of Sir Chris’s inspiring book.2
Founded by Sir Chris following his stage four cancer diagnosis, Tour de 4 is helping change perceptions of stage four cancer and raise vital funds for cancer charities across the UK.

Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life
To celebrate 15 years of ScottishPower’s support for Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life, we gave away 150 free places to take part in any Race for Life event across the UK.
Well done to everyone who took part. Together, 1,252 ScottishPower employees, as well as their friends and family, raised £75,000 for Cancer Research UK this Race for Life season – even Bruce the Butterfly was there too.
One year of free energy
To celebrate 500,000 customers signing up to enjoy exclusive rewards and benefits with My ScottishPower, we ran a prize draw for one customer to win this year’s energy for free4. That’s £1,758 worth of free energy!
Mr Collett from Southampton was announced as the winner in February 2026, and 250 runners-up received their very own Bruce the Butterfly soft toy.

Offer ends 3rd December. Our chargers start at £999. Charging rate applied for 1 year from installation subject to change depending on EV Optimise rate. Customers must onboard to EV Optimise within 30 days of installation. T&Cs and eligibility criteria apply – see EV Charger Bundle T&Cs and EV Optimise T&Cs for Full details. All electricity used will be charged at your normal unit rate based on your ScottishPower tariff. The credit for your EV smart charging session will appear as credit on your bill. Your EV Optimise Credit is calculated as the difference between your normal unit rate (excluding VAT) and the Smart Charging Rate, multiplied by the amount of Smart Charge consumption. The VAT is calculated on your original electricity charges before the EV Optimise Credit is applied, meaning the VAT amount will not reduce in line with the Credit.

A year’s free energy will be paid as a £1,758 credit to the winner’s energy account, based on a typical dual fuel household paying by Direct Debit that uses 2,700 units (kWh) of electricity (single rate meter) and 11,500 units (kWh) of gas a year in line with Ofgem’s average Energy Price Cap for January-March 2026. If you are a higher than average user then the credit may not equal one year’s free energy. 250 runners up will be selected to receive a Bruce plushie by post. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Only one entry by household. Terms and conditions apply.
