Who is eligible for the ECO scheme?

Anyone in receipt of one of the benefits listed, who also owns a home with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D, E, F, or G may be eligible for the ECO scheme.

If you rent your home and it has an EPC rating of E, F or G and you receive one or more of the benefits listed, with your landlord’s permission, you may be eligible for some upgrades under the ECO4 scheme.

If you’re unsure of your EPC rating and live in Scotland, you can check your property on the Scottish EPC Register, if your home is in England or Wales you can check your EPC using the GOV UK site.
