My ScottishPower is our rewards club that lets us give back to our energy customers. You can collect points through quarterly rewards, annual bonuses, and from time to time we’ll offer additional points, for example for taking part in activities or choosing one of our products that make your home greener or more energy efficient. These points can be exchanged for energy credit. Whether you redeem them now or save them up for later, every point helps to lower your energy bills when you are ready to redeem them in the Scottish Power mobile app.

It’s really simple. Once you’ve joined, we’ll keep you posted by email or through the ScottishPower app, about new ways to earn points and when you’ve got rewards ready to use.

Joining is easy. You just need to have an online account with us. For now, My ScottishPower isn’t available for business customers or for homes with a traditional pre-payment meter.

You’ll get points automatically through quarterly rewards and annual bonuses (if you’re one of our Silver or Gold members). On top of that, we’ll keep you updated by email or in the ScottishPower app with other ways to earn. These will vary from time to time, but could include things like completing a quick survey, referring a friend, or choosing one of our greener home products, like an EV charger.

You can exchange your points anytime for energy credit on your account. When you’re ready to use them, just download the ScottishPower mobile app. Then tap the My ScottishPower rewards tile on the right-hand side of the screen to see your points and redeem them. Your points will then be converted to energy credits and added to your energy account, you’ll see this as ‘My ScottishPower credit’ on your next bill. If you are a pay as you go customer, the energy credits will be added to the meter.
