Our installer partner HomeServe Connect will install the Lyric Smart Thermostat for ScottishPower customers. Homeserve are a nationwide network of installers who have a wealth of experience in the installation of heating systems and controls.
Yes, the thermostat will work on its own and you can make all changes necessary, however you will not be able to connect to it via the App

Under your terms & conditions you will be entitled to a replacement product if necessary within the warranty period
Your Smart Thermostat contract will last 12 months and will automatically renew , unless you tell us not to. We’ll contact you before the renewal of your contract with further information.
We will advise you prior to the end of your contract regarding the automatic renewal of your service on the smart thermostat service and the ongoing monthly service cost.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel you contract then all you have to do is call us free on 0800 001 5231 (lines open 9am to 5pm Mon – Fri) or use the cancellation from your T&Cs and we’ll organise this for you.
